Paddy Whack Beef Dried – Paddy Whack is a strong elastic ligament in the midline of the neck of sheep or cattle which relieves the animal of the weight of its head. It is pale yellow in colour but turns yellow/brown through the drying process. Dried paddy whack is pretty tough and therefore suitable for most dogs other than those with the smallest of mouths.
